Summary
Allow me to introduce myself: I am a character concept artist with a background in 2D digital animation and visual storytelling
Since moving to Los Angeles in 2015 I have carved out a career path for myself as a 2D animator and digital media artist. To quote one of my idols, Gendy Tartokovsky, “I love animation”. So it has been since early childhood, and I stuck to it in spite of every challenge that came my way. Among my recent accomplishments are Sesame Street short '7 Busy Beavers', wherein I acted as co-writer. lead designer, and animator for their ubiquitous 'Number Of The Day' series. Before this I was hired as a creative consultant for the Bipartisan Policy Center on 'The Fast-Track to Net Zero 2050', an educational piece on climate change and alternative energy. For this project I consulted with climate scientists and political advisors, and managed a team of six artists in which I acted as director as well as designer and animator myself.
Currently I am serving as the lead artist and animator on an original indie game IP, while balancing various freelance commissions as well as classes through noted institutions such as Concept Design Academy as I continue to hone my craft and grow across the spectrum of art and life.
